Refund Policy

This policy applies to Course Pass purchases on SimCode. A Course Pass is a time-limited right to access one course (3, 6, or 12 months).

1. Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if both of the following are true:

• the request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
• you have completed less than 10% of the course lessons under that pass.

2. Partial Refund

After the full-refund window, and up to 30 days from purchase, you may request a pro-rated refund: the price is reduced in proportion to whichever is greater — the share of the pass period elapsed, or the share of course lessons completed. No refund is available after 30 days from purchase.

3. Repurchases and Extensions

When you purchase a pass while an existing pass is active, the new period starts after the current expiry. Refund windows are counted from each purchase date, and refunds cancel the corresponding period only.

4. How to Request

• Email badajsy@gmail.com from your account email with the course name and purchase date.
• Domestic (Korea, Toss Payments) orders are refunded to the original payment method, normally within 3–5 business days of approval.
• International orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We will instruct Paddle to refund per this policy; you may also contact Paddle directly with your receipt.

5. Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including cancellation rights under the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea (전자상거래법) or of your country of residence, or refunds required where the service materially fails to function.
